Tahini is a speacial blend of toasted sesame seeds with a kick of garlic and parsley, perfect alongside grilled fish or as part of a mezze plate with traditional falafel. Try it in a wrap with barbecued meat or with simple grilled vegetables. Tahini is a Middle Eastern condiment used in cuisines of the Levant, Eastern Meditarranean and South Caucasus and parts of North Africa.
