Lebanese Food Emporium offers both traditional crumble and kataifi string pastry tops in 2 sizes each - 220g (perfect bite size or trial size) and 750g (serves approx 4 people).
A delightful sweet cheese infused with a hint of rosewater essence topped with a flaky butter crust. Knefeh is a traditional, Middle Eastern staple and the name was derived from the Arabic word kanaf, which means to shelter - dating back to over half millennium. Knefeh can be enjoyed as an indulgent breakfast, snack or main dessert.
