The Fetta family's traditional Lebanese milk fetta has been made the same way for six generations. It comes packaged in a one-kilo tub of rich, creamy goodness. Enjoy it sliced, cubed or just scoop it out with a spoon. Fetta is a soft, mild, white cheese made of cow's milk. It is produced mainly in Lebanon, but is also produced in Cyprus and Greece. Fetta has a soft consistency, often found wrapped in plastic and containing brine. The consistency of fetta can vary from crumbly and moist to firm and soaking in liquid. Fetta is our all time favorite!

Fetta is undoubtedly one of the most famous Greek cheeses. In fact, Fetta occupies 70% stake in Greek cheese consumption. Fetta is made from pasteurized or unpasteurized goat's and sheep's milk and entails a full-flavored, salty, tangy taste to the pallet and distinct nutty and strong aroma. Fetta is a pickled curd cheese that has a salty and tangy taste enhanced by the brine solution. Fetta’s colour is typically white and the texture depends on the age which can be extremely creamy, crumbly dry or grainy. Upon maturation of 2 months, fetta is sold in blocks submerged in the brine. The cheese can be used a table cheese or melted on a traditional Greek salad, spanakopita, pizza or pie. It tastes delicious with olive oil, roasted red peppers and nuts. If required, it can be washed under water to remove the extra saltiness. The salty flavour of Fetta pairs well with beer, Pinot Noir, Sauvignon Blanc and Zinfandel.
