Al Koura Carob Molasses is made from carob tree pods. It is produced by pressure cooking carob pods without adding water, followed by evaporation to reduce the moisture content to 15%. Al Koura Carob Molasses is a natural and healthy alternative to regular sugar and honey. It's made of 100% pure carob juice containing 2 types of polyphenol which is helpful in protecting the body from various diseases such as cancer, diabetes and inflammation by reducing blood glucose levels. It also contains calcium, magnesium, iron and phosphorus that help keep our bones and muscles strong.
